Part containers can be moved using a variety of “Dollies” this frees operators from waiting on material handling equipment.  All dollies should be equipped with a foot lock for safety.

Part containers can be designed to allow for “Kitting” of right and left hand sets of parts for assembly. 
Note: the carpeting on the shelves to avoid damage to class A surface parts.

 
 
 

Special wheeled racks with swing away arms can be set up to move sub-assemblies directly to the line.  This can facilitate JIT production.
